Added On August 21, 2011
I know many of you need a powerful unit converter for daily usage. The built-in Windows 7 converter does not always cut it. Here's where the super powerful unit converter Converber comes into play. The software is completely free and offers the largest variety of conversion categories known to man. You can convert just about anything using the software - from distance to viscosity. Quite literally the offered functions are amazing. Let's take a look at the category section of Converber.

Download and Install Converber the go to the Category menu
As you can see there is a wide variety of categories to choose from. The program works with 1324 units divided into 38 categories. Quite honestly it's very likely that you will use only 5% of Converber's potential but it's good to know that you can easily convert Afghani (AFA) to Japanese yen (JPY). At the same you can add new conversion units using the options of the Conversion editor but I doubt you will have to.
You can find the Conversion Editor by left-clicking on Tools.
Final note: Converber is a fast, powerful and free software package that will save you a lot of time and you won't have to use online converters for anything. Give it a try you are not going to be disappointed. On top of that the program has an iPhone version.
