The Truth About The Famous YouTube Channels

or

Why Your Videos Never Get Views
How Stupid Channels Like HotForWords or Sxephil Got To The Top

and

Why Nobody Cares...

Have you ever watched a YouTube video and wonder: "How The FUCK Did This Mediocre Crap Got So Popular?".  Well, the answer is simple - by YouTube View fraud.

Most of the famous persons on YouTube such as HotForWords, Sxephil, Smpfilms and so on did not really get to the top by creating quality content. Quite the opposite actually. They've used every single cheat available at the moment to get more views - embedded videos on Myspace, spamming, fake YouTube accounts in order to write comments on their own "videos", using fake and sex related titles  and thumbnails, illegal software, fake IPs, proxy servers, social network bots and probably other tools I've never heard of. Why?

In order to get to the 20 most popular videos on YouTube you need a lot of views. And when the only thing you have is a crappy video full of jump cuts without any  real content or message to it it's harder. There are over 65 000 videos uploaded on YouTube every day and the competition is insane. That's where the cheating comes. Once you get promoted on the front page of YouTube you will stay there for 24 Hours and the views of your promoted videos and your channel will hit the roof.

Once you get a lot views you will without any doubt get more subscribers - there are plenty of confused and lonely teenagers that will gladly watch sxephil or HotForWords type of "videos". Once you get a lot of subscribers it becomes a little bit easier and you won't have to spend 10 hours spamming on forums, creating fake accounts, posting comments on popular blogs, using exploits...etc. You already have your audience. If you are popular on YouTube you will make some serious cash from commercial programs such as AdSense. Nothing wrong with that - the problem is when you get there by cheating.

On top of that users like sxephil use other techniques such as fake contests. The guy likes to organize some kind of competitions for the users that like and post a comment on his videos. After a random user is supposed to receive a gift like an iPod or something. This does not always happen. After all it's hard to prove that you liked a video over the Internet. Watch the below video for more information on the same case.

What does YouTube think about it?

In general it's a little harder to cheat nowadays but people are still doing it. Sxephil still uses sex related thumbnails and titles that have absolutely no relation to the content of the video. Regular people on YouTube can't do that because they are not allowed to choose thumbnails for their videos. On the other hand the so-called YouTube partners can do whatever the fuck they want because after YouTube is also taking a share from their Google Adsense income. Also some members with high traffic were promoted by YouTube staff with history of corruption. The famous singer Miaarose is a good example. She was promote by  Damien Estreich - YouTube employee with a history of corruption.

Talk About Double Standards.

How can you tell of someone has cheated?

It's very simple actually. Go to the channel of the suspect and watch some of their first videos. In this case I will use the first video posted by the stupid whore from HotForWords.

Today is October 10, 2011 so all the statistic you see will be old if you try to do the same thing but the principle will remain the same.

Hm...........the video has 233 105 views and only 637 comments.  Out of 1371 likes only 637 people with accounts have posted a comment. Let's check the VPC of the video.

VPC = Views Per Comment = View/Comments

If a video has high VPC it's quite likely a fraud especially when you see a whore trying to teach language she doesn't know much about.

In this case we have: 233 105/637 = 365

This is a high VPC but not that bad actually. Anyway a high VPC usually means that the video has been embedded and posted as comment on many, many sites with an auto-play function.

Conclusion:
Many of the so-called YouTube Stars are good promoters but lack any actual talent or ideas that can be helpful or interesting to others. Of course there are great channels with really useful information but there are plenty of fraud examples too. Fuck them all.
